We had a really lovely stay at Skomer Sea View Cottage. Everything was very clean and well looked after, and I was particularly impressed with the kitchen area. I’m usually quite fussy about kitchens when staying away, but this one was spotless and had everything we needed. There was also a small fridge with a freezer, which was really handy. The shower deserves a special mention too — excellent water pressure! The hot tub was clean, ready to use when we arrived, and was such a treat in the evening. We really enjoyed sitting in it and taking in the lovely viewsThe location is great for exploring the local area. As with a lot of West Wales, it’s not particularly walkable for getting around, but if you have a car, it’s a brilliant base and very conveniently located. The views around the cottage are pretty too, which made the whole stay feel really special ,Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Our cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything a couple would need for a short break in stunning Pembrokeshire. It was peacefully situated on an immaculate site and was easy to locate from the directions provided by the owners.

Exploring Pembrokeshire

The cottage was a perfect base to explore the area. We enjoyed the quiet farm within proximity of all our ‘must see/do’ list. The hot tub was great for a long soak after a full day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

A beautiful gem in the heart of Pembrokeshire. Immaculate from the moment you turn off the main road into the grounds of the property. The property itself is perfect with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break. The hot tub is a lovely addition and perfect place to relax after a long day walking on the coastal path. In my opinion a faultless stay, just wonderful.

We had a really lovely stay at Skomer. Beautiful setting, quiet and relaxing and a plus having the hot tub! Rainbolts is a great location, near supermarkets and other villages with a beach just up the road. Nothing felt too far away. Skomer had some lovely homely touches, and the hosts put some balloons in the room as it was a birthday trip for my partner. Thank you! The only negatives were that after a 4hr drive we couldn’t check in on time, house keeping were still cleaning 20 mins after check in so we had to wait in the car. We also couldn’t see the lovely view from the hot tub because cars are parked out the front of the cottage, which was a shame. We also felt the shower was way too hot for us, we couldn’t make it cooler so it meant we had very short showers. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay and Nick has been so helpful, quick to respond and a great host. Thank you!
