Spacious and modern apartment with a terrace in La Costa building, Cala de Villajoyosa, Benidorm. Located on the 10th floor, with 100 m², it accommodates up to 6 guests. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom with two single beds, plus 1 bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.

Large terrace with a dining table to enjoy outdoors.



Fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, dishes, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils. Iron, 2 TVs, WIFI, air conditioning throughout the apartment and heating with heat pump.



🚗 Private parking in the same building included in the price.

This is a lovely large apartment near to bars and restaurants the property and grounds are well maintained with underground parking would definitely recommend to friends and family

So good this was our 2nd stay

Well located and well specified apartment. Only a few minutes from shops, bars etc in the bay. As a tea drinker a more powerful kettle as the one in the apartment took 5 minutes to boil enough water for two mugs.

Prima appartement, alleen zit het niet zoals wij hadden verwacht in Villayojosa deel met de gekleurde huisjes, maar een strand verderop (12 min rijden). Het ligt dichter bij Benidorm dan Villayojosa.
