This Spacious & Modern 2-bedroom, 2 bath apartment with garden comfortably sleeps 4 as either doubles or twins. The beds can be configured as two doubles or four singles. Free designated parking. The property is in a serviced block of apartments and is on the ground floor.



The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - 2 double bedrooms with storage comfortably sleeps 4. The beds can be configured as doubles or twins to suit your requirements. 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 family bathroom. Large kitchen/dining area with bifold doors out to the garden area, containing pallet seating and new putting green on which guests may practice before heading for the green.

Perfect St. Andrews family flat

We found the location very convenient and were happy to have a parking space included. It was an easy walk to town and a reasonable walk to to a golf courses without clubs (drove when playing). Lots of great restaurants and things to do while golfers were golfing. We appreciated having the configuration of two twin beds and one queen bed for our family. Having a bathtub is great for a young child. The washer dryer is a little tough to learn but luckily all the appliances had manuals to go with them! Better instructions for washer dryer
