Character-filled Home With Stunning Views in the Historical Centre

If you are looking for a character-filled home to stay in, in the heart of a charming and lively village in Abruzzo, then Casa Vista Majella is the perfect home for you.

This antique home is newly refurbished and has new Smeg appliances and memory foam mattresses. Spectacular views of the Majella Mounatin will set the scene for your vacation.

From the house you can stroll down to the main Piazza, restaurants, shops and supermarket.

Not only is Loreto Aprutino a great base, only half an hour from the beach and mountains, it's also a beautiful village where you can slide into the relaxed village lifestyle like one of the locals.

The space
Casa Vista Majella, is known to be at least 500 years old and has 1 meter thick walls in some places.

The sitting room features lovely brick and stone archways and an exposed arched ceiling. Throughout the property there are hand-painted antique doors, exposed wooden beams and vaulted ceilings.

The kitchen is very characteristic and fitted with a traditional concrete sink, decorative copper items, and antique table and chairs, yet it has modern Smeg appliances including a dishwasher and Lavazza coffee machine.

There are lovely views from the kitchen/dining area and both bedrooms and especially from the balcony on the top floor, equipped with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon aperitivo.

The bottom floor has a laundry equipped with iron, clothes-horse and Smeg washing machine and dryer.

Wifi is very reliable on all levels and a smart tv provided in the kitchen so you can watch Netflix etc.

Guests are welcome to use the entire house.

In this historical village, free parking is available on the street. You can park just out the front or near to the house where parking is available.
Otherwise, there is plenty of parking at the end of the street which is a short walk to the house.

There are many stairs in the house, each room on a different level which adds to the character and charm of the home but would be problematic for people with disabilities.
