San Giovanni di Posada is a town located on the north-east coast of Sardinia between the towns of Caletta and the town of Posada, we are in Alta Baronia and in lower Gallura, we are in the province of Nuoro. We are in a position practically facing the sea , the house is located 150 m from the first beach of the town of San Giovanni which overlooks the tower of the town itself and is near the church on the sea

The town is located between the Marine Protected Area and the WWF ecological oasis, with almost oceanic beaches such as Berchida and Biderosa and a few kilometers from Budoni and San Teodoro with all their activities and services and their wonderful beaches.

The apartment is located in a complex of 4 apartments on the first floor, with a large garden around which each family has its own reserved parking space and is composed of a veranda, with sea view, where there are table and chairs and you can have lunch outside.

Continuing along the corridor we find a bedroom with two single beds which also becomes a double bedroom and a second double bedroom where it is also possible to add a single bed, given the size, in the center of the bedrooms there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. .
From all the bedroom windows you can see the very large garden with two barbecue areas that can be used alternatively by the guests of the 4 apartments. The front garden gives privacy to the house from the road, the back courtyard instead sees the parking spaces reserved for guests, which can also be accessed with large vehicles, being very spacious.
