Le logement est parfait! Très bien équipé, spacieux… La vue est magnifique.Le petit chemin pour se rendre à la plage en à peine 10min à pied avec des enfants est très accessible.Et Antonio est un hôte de bons conseils et vraiment agréable.

Alles was man braucht mit wundervollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren kleinen Kindern in Antonios Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist die obere Wohnung mit Garten und Terasse eines zweistöckigen Hauses. Es fühlt sich wie ein eigenes Haus an. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Jeden Tag kann man den wundervollen Blick auf das Meer genießen. Die Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert. Antonio ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Host und die Kommunikation war reibungslos, sowohl beim check-in als auch beim check-out. Außerdem hat er noch sehr gute Tips für Strände und Restaurants gehabt. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 10-12 minuten zum Strand. Ein Kinderstuhl wäre noch super gewesen. Der Parkplatz ist relativ schmal ein Van/Bus oder großer SUV könnte schwierig zu parken sein. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt an der Costa Rei

Sehr schöne FeWo, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend. Sogar eine Kapselmaschine ( Marke " Dolce gusto") ist vorhanden. Wunderschöner Blick auf das traumhafte Meer, der Ortskern ist zu Fuß in 5 Min erreichbar.Die Vermieter sind ausnehmend freundlich und die Kommunikation perfekt.Sehr gerne wieder!!

Enttäuschend

Der Urlaub auf Sardinien war sehr schön, eine tolle Insel mit wunderschönen Buchten. Die Ferienwohunung war enttäuschend. In der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern bei fewo.direkt ist die Wohnung sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert und auch beschrieben. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, zunächst waren keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche da. Dies hat man uns zwar zeitnah gebracht, aber teilweise hat die Bettwäsche auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Ausstattungstechnisch war alles vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig dafür dass gerade die Putzfrauen da waren?? Die Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, aber ungünstig angebracht (direkt vorne am Eingang), so dass nur die Wohnküche gekühlt wurde. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr warm. Es gab zwar 3 Ventilatoren, aber bei großer Hitze helfen die nicht. Benötigt man zu viel Strom gleichzeitig, erzeugt man unbeabsichtigt einen Stromausfall. Also Klimaanlage, 3 Ventilatoren und die Spülmaschine ist zuviel für den Stromkreis. Dann fliegt der FI raus. Das ist uns zweimal direkt hintereinander passiert. Die Insel ist wunderschön und eine Reise wert, die Unterkunft kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison à Costa Rei. Le propriétaire est très réactif, très bienveillant. Le fait que ce soit en hauteur est tres appréciable car il y a toujours de l'air. La maison est proche à pied de la plage (chemin descendant vers la plage, en revanche au retour ça remonte 😁). Le système de poubelle est très bien expliqué. Tout s'est bien passé pour nous. Grazie per tutto Antonio

Fantastisches Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Eine Unterkunft in der es an nichts fehlte. Angefangen mit einem unbeschreiblichen Blick über die gesamte Bucht, über eine schattige Terrasse, einen Garten mit Grill, eine Außendusche, eine liebevolle Einrichtung, die Klimaanlage, die uns bei 48 Grad die Nächte rettete, bis hin zu bequemen Matratzen und einem kleinen, aber feinen Bad… Das Haus hatte einfach alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Antonio spricht perfektes Englisch und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Jolie maison avec vue sur la mer .

Très beau séjour a Costa Rei....pour nous et pour la chienne qui a bien profité du jardin et de la terasse .....maison propre et tres agréable, bien équipé avec du matériel neufs.Merci à Antonio qu il a été très sympathique et disponible....on espère pouvoir retourner bientôt. Anna et Gilles

Eine Reise wert…

Wir waren für 10 Tage in Costa Rei. Die Ferienwohnung von Antonio ist sehr schön gelegen, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zum herrlichen Sandstrand ist sehr gut zu Fuß in ca. 5-8 Minuten erreichbar, vorbei an einem tollen Marktplatz auf dem Abends auch immer kleine Stände aufgebaut sind und auch der Supermarkt liegt auf dem Weg. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Pizzeria auf dem Piazza Italia und die Bäckerei ganz in der Nähe. Sehr gutes hausgemachtes Eis gibt es an der Hauptstraße Via Ichnusa 31 bei Mille Meraviglie…. Es war ein super Urlaub, vielen Dank Antonio

Great Host, nice holiday home

The house was quite nice with a wonderful ocean view and an about 5 minutes walk down the hill away from all restaurants and shops. The house itself was in a very good condition. The kitchen and the bathroom were freshly refurbished. The kitchen was equipped with all the things you basically need (maybe some smaller bowls for cereals and so on would be good). The beds were comfy and in a good condition. Due to the wooden shutters in front of each window it was easy to darken the bedrooms, so that also our kids were able to sleep well. In the beginning we had some technical issues with the air condition that have been immediately fixed by Antonio, so nothing to complain about. Unfortunately the whole power supply of the house didn´t seem to be the stablest one. So we had to walk down to the street several times to switch on the main power connection of the house after it switched off automatically. Also the washing machine behaved "funny" by moving around each time during the spinning program. But also that is something that can be fixed easily and I´m sure Antonio will do it. He was very hospitable (reachable all the time, very kind and helpful) and a great host. So all in all we really enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation :-)

Optima vista ma non vicino al mare. Non consigliabile per bimbi o anziani

Ottima vista ma non vicino al mare benche' collegato attraverso un sentiero piuttosto scomodo per passeggini o per anziani. La proprieta' e' accessible con una rampa di oltre 30 gradini che non ci era stata communicata alla prenotazione nonostante nostra richiesta. Cio' ci ha ostacolato con il passeggino. Il nostro appartamento al piano sopraelevato aveva una balaustra in giardino molto bassa asolutamente inappropriata e pericolosa per un bambino. Il proprietario e' persona cortese che tuttavia non si e' fatto carico di controllare lo stato della casa ed abbiamo avuto diversi inconvenienti al nostro arrivo (cassetti degli armadi rotti o mancanti, vestiti dell'inquilino precedente negli armadi, pulizia inappropriata, muffa nella doccia, persiane che sbattevano con il vento che non potevano essere locate ecc). Il proprietario si e' stizzito quando mi sono risentito della mancano di gas. La bombola era finita e ci e' stato chiesto di prendere quella nuova dal piano di sotto e connetterla per conto nostro con la chiave che ci avava lasciato!!. Non un numero di emergenza o una persona di riferimento x farsiaiutare. La bombola pesava 30kg e ho devuto allacciarla da solo, io che chiamo un elettricista x cambiare una lampadina. Il proprietario mi ha risposto che ero viziato! Pure negligenza a mio parere. Complessivamente non la consiglierei in virtu' della scarsa manutenzione e della relative distanza dal mare, in modo particolare per le esigenze di una famiglia con bimbi o anziani.

What a view!! Fantastic location with a great host

We had a fabulous time, everything was clean and well equipped! Antonio was a great host, extremely friendly and responsive - with any question we had! We LOVED the view from the apartment and overall we agreed that the apartment is even more beautiful than on the pictures!! The location is perfect - very close to the most beautiful beaches Europe has to offer, restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and do highly recommend this place. We definitely will return! Thank you Antonio!

Appartamento accogliente e ben posizionato. Ottimo anche per noi che viaggiamo con un cane. Proprietario serio e simpatico. La bellezza del mare fa dimenticare qualche disservizio pubblico in costa rei. Da apprezzare anche la competenza della guardia medica alla quale abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci a causa di una caduta per un marciapiede non integro.

Splendide vacanze a Costa Rei

Appartamento davvero splendido, arredato con cura e dagli spazi ottimamente distribuiti: una cucina con soggiorno, 2 ampie camere, 1 bagno spazioso e pulitissimo. Arredamento curato nei dettagli per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il giardino esterno poi è ideale per pranzare/cenare all'aperto approfittando di un'incantevole vista mare ed anche per far giocare i bambini. Antonio è stato disponibilissimo fin dal nostro arrivo in aeroporto e ci ha anche procurato tutto il necessario per il nostro bambino. L'appartamento dista a circa 200mt dal mare percorribili facilmente anche col passeggino. La posizione poi è favorevole non soltanto per il "vista mare " ma anche perché assicura una certa privacy, tranquillità e anche qualche grado in meno di temperatura rispetto alla zona sottostante attaccata al mare. Nell'arco di 200mt c'è tutto: ristoranti, bar, market, spiaggia, parco giochi, piazzetta con musica dal vivo e altro. Insomma la vacanza è stata molto piacevole e la zona di Costa Rei la consiglio a tutti!

Che soggiorno meraviglioso, consigliatissimo

Abbiamo affittato questa casa per le 2 settimane centrali di agosto. Pulizia impeccabile, la casa dispone di tutto il necessario, con un giardino curato e una bellissima vista. Tramite una stradina pedonale è facile raggiungere il centro paese e la spiaggia (circa 7 minuti a piedi). Antonio, il proprietario, si è reso in ogni momento molto disponibile e attento. A lui i miei ringraziamenti e complimenti.
