Bright and well-equipped vacation home with sauna for relaxing hours. Located on a 1,229 m² natural property, only 200 m from the North Sea coast with its beautiful sandy beach. The vacation home is flooded with light thanks to the large windows and skylights. All rooms have high ceilings. At the rear of the house, there is a practical outdoor shower with cold and hot water, which can be used from May to the end of October. Climate-friendly heat pump in the house. The spacious vacation home has three bedrooms; one with two single beds (80x200 cm), the other two with one double bed each (160x200 cm). There is also a narrower double bed (140x200 cm) in the open alcove. The house has two bathrooms, both with showers. One is also equipped with a sauna. There is also a washing machine. Open-plan kitchen/living area for family life with dining and sitting area. The dining area has large, floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the dune landscape. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, and microwave, among other things. Spacious living area with climate-friendly heat pump, cozy wood-burning stove, and TV with satellite dish. The living area has direct access to the covered terrace area. There are terraces on three sides of the house, so you can always find sun, shade, or shelter from the wind. There is also a charcoal grill at the house for sunny days. Charging facilities for electric cars are available. No rentals to youth or tradesmen groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
