Our eco A++ rated property situated in Swaffham on an amazing award winning new build estate hosts our amazing guest glamping pod.
Situated in our oriental garden it has a lovely double bed, a small double bed settee suitable for an adult or two small children, kitchenette area complete with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and tea pot. And an amazing en suite shower room.

There is WiFi, TV, DVD player, netflix and amazon prime channels, heating, and fire Place inside.

Patio chairs and table outside the pod and a zen area to the side of the house.
Pagoda to sit quietly in and relax in the garden.

Large indoor private hot tub situated in our cosy converted garage, available with advance notice at an extra cost ( £45 ) This is to cover heating, supply and purification treatment of water, plus post stay disposal of water and cleaning costs.

There is also a massage table available on site if requested.

Off road parking available with CCTV covering the front, side and rear of the property.

Due to local authority planning restrictions now only available for 45 nights per year based on a maximum 2 nights per stay. So it is 1st come 1st served.

My goodness what a beautiful setting the pod is in - fish in the pond, flowers and fruit growing all around. The scent of the jasmine was wonderful! Ian and Caz were fabulous hosts. Right from greeting us on arrival, showing us their lovely Pod. The facilities were more than expected - the snacks, drinks in the fridge, bakes, fruit and cereals were all more than we could have expected. They are a lovely couple and you can tell they want to make you feel at home. Sadly we didn’t have time for the hot tub but what a brilliant add on if you do have the time. We were attending the Heritage Live Festival at Sandringham which we intend to do next year again. Couldn’t fault a thing - was the most welcome I think we’ve ever felt being away. You’ve got everything just right, it makes a difference when you can see the care and attention that’s gone into it. Very nostalgic driving here and back again. Great Yarmouth was my childhood holiday haunt. We used to love to spot the windmills in the fields driving down. Beautiful surroundings, stunning garden, lovely couple. Would 100% recommend a stay here 😁 Tips - bring robes if you want to use the hot tub. Bring a hair dryer.

Well equipped cute and friendly stay.

Both lovely hosts. The pod was immaculate, well equipped and the extras (little breakfast hamper, beautiful oriental garden and easy parking) great. Quiet, ideal for a short stay and the hosts treated our daughter to a bottle of scholer and party poppers for her birthday which was cute. Perfect location too.Will visit again.

Great stay

Ian and Caz were great hosts very welcoming for our stay. The log cabin was very nice and the hotub was also lovely. Overall we had a brilliant time and would recommend.

Lovely home away from home

I was in town visiting a friend for nearly two weeks, and this little pod was such a delightful place to stay! Situated in a very charming Japanese garden, it was plenty private, cozy and comfortable. It also seemed bigger inside than the pictures might make it look. The hosts Ian and Caz were so kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They stocked a basket with all kinds of snacks and breakfast foods and even brought us some home baked cake and scones. Very happy with my stay. Would highly recommend this place and plan on coming back here myself.

Disappointed beyond words

The advertising of this property was very misleading, it was in a back garden surrounded by houses in the middle of a housing estate, the shower was broken, unable to use without flooding the bathroom, the hot tub was broken in their garage with no access apart from the door open to the owners work station, work tools and a terrible smell of oil, the sofa bed was not made up as requested and I was handed a clean sheet to put over a crumpled diver, the main beds mattress was so thin and solid she couldn’t sleep, the garden was not oriental, just a few oriental pots placed amongst the conifers and plants, the “hamper “ was poor, we packed and left first thing in the morning,, very disappointed and should be looked at closely before booking!

Perfect little hideaway

My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back. Once again, Thank you so much, look forward to seeing you soon. We booked this property very last minute but it didnt distract from the attention to detial the hosts showed us on arrival or during our stay. The pod is cute and cosy and has everything you could need. The garden is really pretty and definitely worth a look at night when it is all lit up. We had use the hot tub which was a great addition to our stay. The hosts were very attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, with lots of little additional touches that really enhanced our stay. I would recommend this little gem for an overnight stay if their are 2 of you travelling, looking for somewhere cosy and a little different.

My overall impression is that this pod is beautiful. The owners have spent alot of time thinking what guests need when staying for a few days. The hot tub is fab and the owners are both lovely welcoming people. I'd highly recommend this place

Outstanding

You really can’t find better people. Ian and Caz were smiley and welcoming the second we got there, opening their home like it was our own. They gave lots of recommendations and even booked us in for food very last minute. If you want to stay somewhere and feel relaxed and comfortable, this is the place to stay.

Superb last minute night away.

Property had everything you could need and the hosts were friendly and had everything covered in the accommodation. Fantastically clean and well thought out beautiful garden i did not want to leave, as it had raken me away ftom reality for one night. Very attentive hosts

We spent 2 days at the garden pod. There are 3 of us - mum, dad and a teenager. We visited Swaffham for its attractions and sights as well as using it as a base to travel further around Norfolk - Wells, Thetford, Hunstanton. The hosts looked after us really well.

We are Caz and Ian, we have lived in this house since it was built in 2022. Caz was born in Swaffham and lived here all her life, and I was based at RAF Honnington then Marham from 1989 to 2002.
I enjoy arts and crafts, inc. photography, painting, sculpting, and making bonsai trees.
Caz works for the NHS she enjoys baking and is very good.
We love meeting the new people that hosting allows and made some lovely friends from all over the world since we started.

Apart from being born here and being posted here this part of the country lays claim to be the driest part of the country. It has a fantastic coastline with a great seal population and many seaside towns some as close as 35 min away. There are nationa trust castles and buildings to see as well as 6 good size towns in all directions all within 20 mins.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The safe tranquility, privacy of a cosy self sufficient insulated glamping pod set in a garden of trees and bonsai with the relaxing sounds of the stream and koi pond seated pagoda and zen area to enjoy. This is amazing year round, from the snowy winter through to the blossom in spring to the amazing scented flowers in summer and the golden leaves in autumn.

As well as an adult gym on the grassed area to the front of our residence and a children's play area to the front of the estate. Forestry areas, a great historical town. On weekdays air combat displays can also be seen from our boys in blue.

The king can't be wrong as Sandringham is a popular residence for his highness and the Royal family and only 15-20 mins away. Ely and Norwich with its riverboats and huge cathedrals and the broads are less than an hour to drive to.
