Amazing property. It was like having our private beach. Beach views from the house are great. Shallow water quite a ways out was good for the younger kids. Lots of dolphin views from the house and a close dolphin encounter while in the water. The house was super clean including all decks. Very well stocked kitchen.Spacious common areas to accommodate our group of 11. Comfortable beds. Nice beach chairs and lots of beach accessories. Texted questions to Mark, the owner, several times and he was super responsive. Far enough from town to be quiet and close enough to access activities and restaurants. There is nothing negative to say and I highly recommend this property.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Beautiful! This house is spacious and comfortable with spectacular ocean views. Our family of 7 adults had plenty of room and comfortable seating both inside and outside. With our family group expanding to 7 this year, we opted for a house for our May trip to the beach. Karson’s Kastle did not disappoint.

Fantastic Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Mark was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. We had an issue with the upstairs air conditioner and Mark was very responsive. He had an HVAC company at the house within a few hours to get it up and running. The house was very convenient to restaurants and the kids loved being able to run back and forth from the beach for snacks and additional beach items. We will definitely plan to stay again!

Great stay at the Kastle

One of the best houses we've stayed at in the 10 years we've been coming down to Gulf Shores. It was ready on time and clean as a whistle. What small issues we had were handled very quickly. The property manager responded very quickly to our messages and with the fixes. Easy peasy walk to the beach with the artificial grass walkway. Lots of beach chairs and toys to use and the whole family loved the pool table. Nice having both a charcoal and gas grill to use. We highly recommend this place!

Memories!

It was spring break for our family. We spent the week on the beach, shopping, fishing, golfing and eating out. The house is in a great location with its privacy, yet close to anything you want to do. Would highly recommend this house.

Awesome!

Absolutely loved this place. Super clean, plenty of space, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, and unbelievable views and beach access steps away. Beach and area was very quiet and private. Highly recommend and will return again!

Family spring break vacation

We loved the house! It’s gorgeous, the views are amazing, the proximity to the beach and the comfy beds made it our best vacation so far. My kids did not want to leave once we got there and with all the accessories for the beach there was really no need to The weather was beautiful So it was a wonderful experience all around.

The best

I highly recommend this beautiful beach house. The location can’t be beat. The beach was not busy at all and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. We loved the outdoor area under the house watching tv and playing pool. The corn hole boards were a plus as well. The bedrooms are spacious and all of them have balconies. I can’t say enough about this house, it has everything you need. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Beautiful House Steps From the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Karson’s Kastle. The house was beautiful and just as described in the listing/pictures. The layout of the home was spacious and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was stocked better than any other rental we have stayed at… there was everything you could need. We traveled with a 1.5yo and enjoyed the baby gates and high chair provided. Overall, the home was very child-friendly. The close proximity to the beach was one of the best features. The walk was short and easy with the pathway provided. Again, perfect for little ones who want to go in and out to the beach throughout the day. Communication about checking in and out was clear and timely. We would recommend this location to friends and family and would definitely stay here again!

This house meets all accommodations for groups of any age. We stayed here after a high school football game with cheerleaders and football players. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone.

Beautiful property!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette trip. The home was the perfect space for us all to stay and be able to hang out all together. We were all very impressed with the way it was managed and all agreed it would be the perfect place to take our families.

We moved to Gulf Shores in 2019 from Maryville Tn. where we began renting cabins in Townsend, Tn in 2002! We have sold them and now have 4 upscale rentals on the beach that we personally maintain. We have the best housekeepers too because we want you to have a stress free and a fantastic vacation that will create a lasting memory! We live close by so we are able to check our properties before our guests check in! Renting directly from the owner has so many advantages, please check out our reviews and you will see why!

We are located in the one of the most unique settings on the Gulf of Mexico! Karson's Kastle is located a half mile from the nearest condo and there is just one row of houses across the street. Our guests love the privacy on the beach and yet we are just minutes from the world famous Hangout and so many other restaurants and beach activities! The lots are also wider so there is more space between houses so you don't feel like congested! Come and see what makes this area so special!

Every January since 2020, we have been upgrading the interior and in 2023, we finished the exterior with windows and siding. It is like brand new and the game room underneath the house is an extra bonus! We have been told that there is a ship wreck about 300 yards out from the house that provides excellent fishing too! The last 20 years have been such a blessing as we have been able to provide great vacations to so many people that all started with 3 cabins in the Smoky Mountains! It is only because of our great Guests that we were able to grow our vacation rental business and never thought in a million years that we would be able to have a beach house vacation rental!
