Alegria is a 4-bedroom luxury stylish property with private pool situated at Lagonisi area in the neighborhood of Agios Dimitrios a quiet spot with amazing sea views, serenity and privacy. The beach is 5-minute drive from the villa.

The villa is spread in 4 floors. On the ground floor area is the entrance of the villa and the entrance of the private parking, a small gym, a lounge area, a laundry room with washer and dryer and a full bathroom with shower cabin. The elevator also starts here to the other 3 levels.

On the 2nd floor you can find the pool area with amazing sea views and 3 bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with shower.
