Fantastic newly renovated flat with large terrace, ideal for enjoying the sunsets and evenings outdoors. Located in the exclusive urbanisation of La Paz, just a few steps from the famous Botanical Garden of Puerto de la Cruz. This cosy accommodation, tastefully decorated in different shades of green, has 1 elegant bedroom with double bed, spacious living room with 2 single sofa beds, dining area, kitchen, TV and direct access to the terrace. An added value is the use of the swimming pool of the residential complex by our guests.
We are located in a quiet urbanisation, in the residential area of La Paz, just a few steps from the Botanical Garden. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, as well as supermarkets and a bus/taxi stop just 1 minute away, with a direct link to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.
The beaches of Martiánez and Bollullo are within easy reach of an idyllic walk along the coast.
