Casali Funghini (20 Pers.)

Casali Funghini is built of 2 stone villas from the 16th century with panoramic view, located in a quiet and hilly spot in the Chianti area. The houses are surrounded by a big garden with many old trees and a stone wall. The medieval charme is completed by a tower with turret clock.

Borgo dei Pini´s location in the middle of Tuscany (25km to Arezzo, 35km to Siena and 55km to Florence) make it the perfect spot for a relaxing and diversified vacation. From here you can visit the many cultural sights of Tuscany and taste delicious regional food (olive oil, wine, cheese) inmidst wonderful nature.

At the guest's disposal there is a lightened pool (10x20m, depth 1,50m-2,50m), open from the beginning of May until the end of September. In the big and beautifully tended garden you will find sunloungers, parasols, a BBQ, garden furniture, a little nature path for relaxed walks (700m) and a billiard room inside the house (Villa Nova).

The lawns are watered automatically at night-time.

There is WiFi inside the houses and on the whole area.

On demand and for making your stay even more pleasant you can book a housekeeper or a cook.

You may also want to book a cooking course of the typical tuscan cuisine. The cook and his assistant will hold the courses in English, French, Italian or Polish.

At the end of the course the participants will prepare a real tuscan meal and eat all together. They will also receive a little booklet with the most popular tuscan dishes.

The Villa is divided on two floors and furnitured cosily in rustical style.

Ground floor

A big living room with open fireplace, a fully equipped ktichen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

First floor:

Living room with open fireplace and studiobed for 2 people; 2 double bedrooms; 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower and bidet.

Villa Claudia (10 people)

The Villa is divided on two floors and furnitured cosily in rustical style.

Ground floor:

Living room with open fireplace and studio couch for 2 people, 2 living/dining rooms, one double bedroom; a fully furnitured kitchen, newly equipped in 2013; one bathroom with shower and bidet.

First floor:

Living room with open fire place; another living room with open fireplace and studio couch for 2 people; 2 double bedrooms with connecting bathrooms (shower and bidet); 2 double bedrooms; one bathroom with shower and bidet.

Extra costs to be paid on the spot:

Final cleaning: 600.00€ (compulsory); Electricity consumption: 0.40€/Kwh (compulsory); Gas consumption: 5.5€/cubic metre (compulsory); Linen (sheets and towels): 5.00€ per person; Tourist tax.
