Villa Zariva with pool and panoramic mountain and sea view

Villa Zariva is a newly built villa located in a small town of Vinjerac. The first thing you will notice is the stunning, captivating panoramic view of both the mountains and the sea. Wheather you are inside this amazing villa, or you`re enjoying it`s outdoors, this view will enchant you!

Villa Zariva will provide a continuous movement throughout. The living space is of open concept, featuring a stylish living room with a large window, not to miss a moment in viewing the sea and mountains; a modern dining room and a custom made kitchen so everything is at a hand`s reach. The living space has a direct exit to the pool area. Further into the house, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom, with it`s en-suite bathroom, is completely wheelchair accesible and can be entered from both the inside and the outside of the villa. Just a few steps away are two more bedrooms that have a shared bathroom. There is an additional toilet available also.

A baby cot and high chair are available for the youngest.

The exterior offers a multitude of spaces, wheather you are in the mood for a swim in the salt water swimming pool or basking in the rays of the morning sun on the smaller covered terrace while enjoying the first sips of your morning coffee. Further exploring the exteriror, you will find an amazing BBQ area with a covered dining space, where you can spend your evening gatherings. Another way of doing so is enjoying a glass of your favourite drink on the upper sun terrace with a partially covered part. Here you can soak up the evening view of the mountains and the sea, watching how the most beautiful sunset gives you a new perspective of it.

The Villa also offers SAT TV, Wi-Fi throughout, a game console, air-conditioning individually controlled in rooms, 4 parking spaces and a garage with an Electric Vehiche charger.

Smaller breeds of pets are allowed with an additional charge.
