Luz: Apartment with sea view and community pool

This beautiful apartment is located on the seafront, on the promenade, a few steps from Riells beach, where you can find all kinds of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, various shops, etc.

The privileged location and the multitude of activities that can be carried out make this apartment an opportunity to spend an unforgettable vacation.



The apartment has an independent kitchen, a living-dining room with access to the terrace, where you can enjoy meals with family and friends contemplating the magnificent view of the sea. It has two bedrooms, the first is a suite with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub, the second with two single beds.

There is a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.



The apartment has a communal area where you can enjoy the pool.



In total, 5 people can stay in the apartment: in a double bed, in two single beds, a folding bed (located in the living room).



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
