During your stay please keep in mind the following apartment and building rules:

No events, parties or excessive noises are allowed. Also, smoking inside is forbidden. Use the terrace for smoking where there is an ashtray or the kitchen absorber.

Building quiet hours:
- From 14:00h to 16:00h in the afternoon
- From 22:00h in the evening until 09:00h in the morning.

These rules must be followed in order to avoid any inconvenience for the neighbours or yourself during the stay.

Early, late check-in and late checkout are possible:

Check-in before 15:00h - if there is no reservation on the previous day, I give a signal immediately when the apartment is ready for early check in.

Check-in after 15:00h - always possible except some occassions (if apartment is not prepared).

Check-out until 15:00 is negotiable, additional 40 euro fee is applied.

For reservations with 4 guests (excluding children), an additional 10 euro cleaning fee is charged.
