The UHC LOS FLAMENCOS APARTMENTS complex is located in the residential area of Pino Alto, right in front of the famous Playa de Cristal. One of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Dorada, awarded the Blue Flag for its turquoise waters, fine golden sand, and high-quality services. It has a large communal area with a swimming pool and direct access to the beach.



We have several apartments in this complex, making it ideal for families traveling together.



DISTRIBUTION:



With capacity for 6 people, the apartment is distributed as follows:



- Master bedroom with a double bed.

- Second triple bedroom, with a trundle bed + single bed.

- Bathroom with shower.

- Living-dining room with open kitchen and access to the terrace with sea views. There is a sofa bed.



GOOD TO KNOW



- Air Conditioner only in the living room

- Families only. Reservations for groups are not accepted..

- Pets are allowed.

- Optional parking with supplement. Upon request and availability.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Pino Alto is a residential area of Miami Playa with a quiet and family atmosphere. The perfect place for a holiday with children. Along the promenade you will find numerous restaurants, beach bars, children's playgrounds and a wide range of nautical activities. If you like to explore the surrounding area, you'll be pleased to know that Miami Playa is situated about 20 minutes drive from Salou and Cambrils.

Outdoor pools (if available) are unheated and open 01/06–15/09 (dates may vary). Services may be limited due to unforeseen circumstances.

Perfecta ubicación.

El apartamento está muy bien situado. Es cómodo y agradable. La terraza es fabulosa y con vistas privilegiadas. Las camas son muy cómodas. El menaje de cocina está un poco obsoleto. Las sartenes y cacerolas deberían renovarse. Tuvimos muchos problemas con la llave que abre el acceso a la piscina, aunque nos dijo una propietaria de la urbanización que era un problema de hace tiempo con el bombín. Es decir, el problema no es de la copia de llaves que entrega la agencia.

Una Estadía Familiar Excepcional en Miami Platja

La recepción al llegar fue extremadamente eficiente, rápida y muy cordial. El apartamento es excepcionalmente ubicado frente al parque infantil y la playa, proporcionando mucha seguridad para la familia. Una gran terraza con vista a la playa. La exposición al sol es perfecta desde la mañana hasta principios de la tarde, lo que permite una buena temperatura en el apartamento, que, sin embargo, está climatizado. No necesitamos usar el aire acondicionado, a pesar del calor que hacía afuera. La cocina está muy bien equipada. La única cosa que falta es quizás el lavavajillas, pero eso no nos molestó en absoluto, ¡lavando los platos durante las vacaciones no es un problema! La limpieza del apartamento es muy buena. No duden en reservar con esta agencia, muy seria y bien organizada. La piscina es genial, con un jardín magníficamente arbolado e iluminación por la noche que lo hace hermoso. Hay restaurantes literalmente a unos pasos (50m). Gracias a todo el equipo por el trabajo, ¡nuestras vacaciones fueron un éxito! La cocina está muy bien equipada. La única cosa que falta es quizás el lavavajillas, pero eso no nos molestó en absoluto, ¡lavando los platos durante las vacaciones no es un problema!
