Superbly situated within the York city walls, a 3 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute stroll from landmarks such as the Minster, Clifford's Tower and Shambles. Shopping, restaurants, bars and activities at your fingertips.

The living area boasts stunning herringbone pattern oak flooring with underfloor heating. The stylish open plan British made kitchen have been designed to complement the living area, finished to the highest standards with quality integrated Neff appliances. The two bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide a well-balanced space with a luxurious carpeted finish and bespoke British made integrated and internally illuminated wardrobes adding a sense of sophistication and luxury. The two bathrooms are fully tiled with large ceramic tiles.

Enjoy a Smart TV with Netflix and super fast Wi-Fi.

*Please let us know if you would like for the 2 Single beds to be made into 1 King bed ahead of your stay.
**Please let us know if you would like to use the travel cot. Use of the cot is charged at 10 GBP per night.

Great place to stay

Very pleasant. Loverly lounge good bathrooms. Ideal location for railway station and city centre. Very helpful concierge. Will stay there again when over from USA.

Great Location in the Heart of York

Great location, in a brand new building. Very secure facility. Well appointed kitchen (although no microwave). Lots of space, very clean. Disappointing there is on onsite parking, but there are 3 car parks nearby. Short 10 min walk to the centre of old York.

Fabulous flat in York

Beautiful & well equipped in the kitchen & bathrooms. Clean & smelled so good! The welcome box was fantastic. The washer/dryer combo worked well. Dish & laundry detergent was supplied &large soap, shampoo, & conditioner also supplied. Entire building very secure & five minutes to wall to the train station & bus stops. Rooms are soundproof too. Would stay again. There’s also a nice lift so it’s easy with luggage.
