The living room also includes an extendable dining table perfect for setting a table with plenty of delicacies. In addition to the double bed and a large closet, the bedroom is furnished with a desk and a single bed. Thus, the apartment sleeps a total of 5 adults. The kitchen, a separate room from the living room, is practical and fully equipped, bright, and pleasant for dining. The bathroom, featuring a spacious shower stall, has a window. All areas of the house are accessible via a convenient hallway and entryway. Directly below the house and visible from the windows is the dedicated parking space, located in a private courtyard, allowing you to get around easily by car and enjoy pleasant visits to various points of interest along the beautiful Ligurian Riviera. Nearby are private beaches equipped to meet every need—for adults and children, sports enthusiasts and those looking to relax—as well as a well-organized public beach.
