Villa ValePina is located within a small, private, and well-maintained condominium surrounded by greenery, about a 5-minute walk from Campulongu Beach.<br> Villa ValePina features a fully furnished outdoor patio where you can relax, have lunch, and enjoy the soothing view of the garden and the glimpse of the sea at Campulongu Beach. There is a (*) shared pool, not for the exclusive use of guests, and its use is subject to strict adherence to the community rules. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, pocket WiFi, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, barbecue, kitchenette with oven, and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are steps leading to the sleeping area and patio, as well as along the building’s shared walkway. It’s the ideal place to spend a completely relaxing vacation surrounded by the turquoise hues reminiscent of the crystal-clear waters of the Villasimius sea and the typical scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub. Campulongu Beach, with its clear waters ranging from blue to turquoise, is about a 5-minute walk away (approximately 300 meters). Villasimius also offers many beautiful beaches and natural wonders to discover, with a special focus on environmental education. It is recommended to have a car to reach the various beaches of Villasimius and explore the coast. The small town center is about 2 km away and offers good food, shopping, and various food and wine experiences: you can find grocery stores that offer home delivery for a fee, retail shops, a paid shuttle bus service, stores, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and other businesses. The main street becomes exclusively pedestrian-only starting at 8:30 p.m. You cannot drive on it, nor can you leave your car in the various parking lots along the street (including paid ones) without risking a fine.<br> The golf course (for a fee) is about 1.5 km away, and the tennis courts (for a fee) are about 1.7 km away.
