The property is located just across the way of one of the fairways from the La Marquesa Golf Course, Ciudad Quesada. It`s an ideal property if you wish to be able to walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. all within a couple of minutes walking distance. If you are looking to play golf then the sleeping quarters are very compatible and with the club house just around the corner you couldn`t get any closer. If golf isn`t your thing then there is a wonderful communal pool which is a short walking distance away. And if you are a beachgoer then you`ll be delighted to know that there are several blue flag beaches under 10km away.

The property is situated on a private road belonging to a nicely kept community. Once you arrive at the front entrance you`ll see that there is space to park a car inside the plot, a nice shaded seating area. To enter the property itself there are a few steps to the front door and once you are in you`ll see that the living area is set on all one level. There is an open kitchen with a dining table and the door to the outside patio and roof top solarium. From the living room you can access all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
