It packs in a lot: a mini-kitchen with all the utensils and facilities you need to make a proper meal, seating for dinner, a TV, and even a coffee machine. It’s professionally cleaned between stays, and you’ll use a lockbox to enter. So if it’s a secure, quiet, good night’s sleep you’re after, then we’ll see you soon!

This basement flat consists of one open-plan kitchen, living and sleeping room, plus a small bathroom with a shower. Professionally cleaned and managed. Stamford Hill Overground station is just a two minute walk away, which means Liverpool Street and Shoreditch in the city centre is only a total of 15-20 minutes away. The whole city is easy to explore from here!

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
