A good stay for a short time

My first impression was good. A very nice location with nearby bus stop and 2 railway stations. The bedsheets and the duvet were not cleaned. I got running nose and I was kind of sick when I reached room until I get out of the room in the morning. Another reason for this I think is there’s no ventilation with fresh air.

Le logement correspondait à l'annonce et aux photos. Les échanges par messages se sont tres bien passés et les hôtes étaient très gentils. Ils ont été très compréhensifs malgré notre heure d arrivée tardive. En revanche, nous tenons à informer les hôtes de la mauvaise insonorisation entre le logement loué et leur habitation. De manière général, nous n'avons pas été trop gênés, sauf la dernière nuit où ils ont reçu de la visite, ce qui a engendré beaucoup de bruit (cris d'enfants et discussions jusqu'à minuit). Enfin consernant le départ, nous aurions aimé avoir un contact avec les hôtes. Or, lors de notre départ, les hotes ne se sont pas présentés pour faire un checkout du logement, ce qui est dommage, car c est l'occasion de remercier les hotes et de discuter des points positifs et négatifs. En revanche, l'hote est sortis, au moment où on partait juste pour récupérer les clés et "nous demander si on allait mettre 5 étoiles ?". Nous avons trouvé cette remarque déplacée de leur part.

Enjoyed my stay at this property, it was welcoming, clean and close to public transport. The hosts were informative, friendly and very welcoming. Communication was excellent and the hosts were available should any assistance be required.

Great place to stay!

Fahid and Naz, the hosts, were so pleasant and helpful and were always ready to help! This VRBO is located on a street where the buses run, and particularly bus 189 which takes you to Marble Arch which is where you can catch different buses to the different tourist attractions. Worked out well for us!

Great location for a London visit

Host met us on arrival with keys, gave good local advice about underground station, places to eat etc then left us alone until we handed keys back. Room was compact with en-suite, tv, kettle microwave and fridge the was an extra fan heater if needed. The bed was comfortable, we slept well, good shower and everything we could need, we had a very enjoyable stay and travelled into London by tube from /Brent cross which was only 15 min walk away we also ate at pizza express in the shopping centre which was very good, thoroughly recommend as a reasonably priced place to stay in London area.
