Located on the 1st floor, this 35 m² unit features a separate bedroom, a private kitchen with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, and basic kitchenware, making meal preparation easy. Enjoy the fresh air on your own 5 m² balcony. Air conditioning in the dining room is included in the price, and you have access to standard Wi-Fi and satellite TV for your convenience. Pets are welcome for an additional charge. The host can communicate with you in German, English, and Croatian, making your stay smooth and welcoming. This apartment is a practical choice for exploring Lopar and the wider Rab area.

You’ll find all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including bedding, toiletries, bathroom towels, a hairdryer, an infant bed, laundry facilities, a clothes iron and ironing board, a fixed grill, a bicycle, and free private parking. Pets are welcome for an extra charge. The host can communicate in German, English, and Croatian.
