The house is 100 meters from Teatro San Carlo and Galleria Umberto I, 200 meters from Piazza Municipio, Maschio Angioino Castle and the Royal Palace, and 400 meters from the Beverello pier where major ferries leave for the islands of Capri, Procida and Ischia, but also for the Sorrento peninsula (Sorrento, Amalfi).
