The space
A modern, luxurious, and spacious 3-bed property is located within a short walking distance from Maidstone town centre. The location is perfect: it is close to the town centre yet within a very quiet neighbourhood, offering a perfect staycation for family, holidaymakers as well as corporate clients. The property offers lavish facilities, such as a 75-inch TV with sky channels,
superfast Wi-Fi, massage chair and foot massage and more. Not to mention a beautifully decorated living area with a picturesque view, where our guests can have a well-deserved relaxing time during their stay. This property also has private parking spaces for two cars, including a private garage.


Ground Floor

The ground floor consists of a guest toilet, utility room and a large storage facility, providing our guests with plenty of storage facilities. The hall then leads into a huge open-plan kitchen diner for up to 6 -8 people with modern facilities, which leads to a well-maintained back garden with comfortable garden furniture.

First Floor

A staircase from the ground floor hall leads upstairs to the lounge which is designed for our guests to enjoy the facilities. Just to mention a few, this room has a 6-seater leather settee, massage chair, foot massage facilities, and home cinema experience with a 75-inch TV with all sky channels. There is another family bathroom and a beautifully decorated single bedroom on
this floor.

Second Floor

The second floor has further two bedrooms: one double and one king-size with modern bedroom furniture and an ensuite bathroom. All of these bedrooms are very clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of wardrobe spaces and extra furniture provided for our guests

Outside

The location is in a very quiet neighbourhood, although it is within walking distance from the town centre. A gymnasium and swimming pool are within one minute’s walking distance from the property as well as the local coffee shops and restaurants. In addition, all local amenities in Maidstone are within walking distance or a short drive. Maidstone offers plenty to do for everyone! Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house as I want you to feel at home, and nobody will interfere with you whilst you are on the property unless you request for extra cleaning during your stay.

Parking

The property has a parking facility outside the house for two cars and a locked garage for one car.

Check-In / Check Out

Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 11 am.
