There is a bathroom equipped with all services and a washing machine. The structure is completed by a terrace, excellent for outdoor meals and relaxation.  Possibility of parking near the structure.  A few minutes by car from the main beaches and points of interest.. Once you arrive at the entrance to San Giovanni di Sinis, take the first street on the right. Turn again keeping right and continue straight. The house gate will be the second on the right. Once open go straight to the end and up the stairs to your left, after which you will have arrived.
