Magical view and convenient location

We had a wonderful stay at Cathy's place. The view and daily cat visits really made it magical. Cathy is extremely reponsive and was always quick to provide advice. The walk to the beach is steep but short and the apartment is a 3 minute drive from all essential services. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful views and a wonderful host

This rental has beautiful views of the ocean and very nice landscaping. Cathy was a wonderful host, even coming to meet us on our first night when we couldn't find the property! There are several cats and a dog on the premises which made for some nice company in the mornings and evenings. Hummingbirds every day too! Gorgeous beaches are everywhere - go early for the best parking. Plage de la Perle was our favorite. Only complaint was the mosquitos but as long as you have bug spray you will be fine! A great place to stay for a relaxing vacation - thank you Cathy!

Perfect Getaway

This studio was a lovely place to stay while on Guadelupe! Perfect size for two people, clean, with a fantastic view! The hummingbird parade was constant from dawn to dusk. We had our own resident cat living in the outdoor space,Yeyette, who was a sweet 20 year old cat that spent most of the days lounging on the chair by the hammock. We loved having her around. Cathy was great, very friendly and responsive to our messages. The air conditioning in the indoor space works great. While it's only to be used overnight, that's more than enough. You spend most of your day in the outdoor space, or out at the beach anyway. If you keep the door closed, the cool air lasts pretty much the whole day. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend this place. If you love eating breakfast outdoors and lounging in a hammock while birds chirp, this is the place for you.

Notre séjour face à la réserve Cousteau à été parfait. Silence, vue splendide, colibris et oiseaux ont fait notre enchantement pendant nos 5 jours de présence. L’accès à la plage à pied se fait en quelques minutes avec le plaisir de nager avec une tortue… L’accueil a été très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Vue exceptionnelle

Excellent accueil de Cathy et Fabrice. Le logement offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Malendure, réveil avec les colibris au petit déjeuner, petit sentier pour accéder à pied à la petite plage de Malendure pour observer les tortues ( 200 m ), c’est un vrai plus. Position centrale pour visiter Basse Terre. Nous recommandons sans réserve. Anne et Jean Paul

Site très tranquille, vue superbe, environnement, agréable et sécuritaire.

Location bien aménagée, un seul bémol, le stationnement est situé sur la rue, pas à l’intérieur des murs de la propriété.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Cathy. Bel accueil, un excellent ti-punch nous attendait. Tranquillité assurée. Le bruit des vagues le matin, la vue et nous avons adoré la proximité de la plage. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter!

Vue magnifique

Incontestablement la vue mer est superbe. Cependant le logement souffre un peu de son positionnement dans la propriété car il est sous un terrasse donc plafond très bas entraînant une faible circulation d’air et proximité avec le garage et les climatiseurs.

Bonsoir, Vous auriez du me dire que le bloc extérieur de climatiseur se mettait en route tout seul de temps en temps.… je viens de m’en rendre compte. Cela va être réglé. Pour la ventilation de la terrasse, il suffit d’ouvrir les clayettes et les alizés font le job… bon après on est dans la Caraïbe… il fait chaud..😉. Au plaisir de vous revoir

Très bon accueil de Cathy, Avec une bouteille de rhum, des petits gâteaux entre autres. Maison fonctionnelle, avec une vue imprenable. Tous les soirs, tous les matins, nous avons goûté au bonheur d'observer la mer, les oiseaux juste devant la terrasse. L'accès aux principaux sites se fait très facilement. Nous avons adoré la Guadeloupe, c'est une merveilleuse île, où 4 semaines ne furent pas assez pour tout découvrir. Merci pour tout Cathy. Nous te souhaitons une bonne continuation. Une vue de reve

Nous avons 2 semaines dans ce havre de paix et de calme face à la mer. La location est tres bien équipée jusqu'au au tapis de sol pour faire sa gym ou yoga face à la vue. Un grand merci à Cathy pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Une adresse à retenir.
