Nestled in Agios Apostolos o Neos - Soutrali AGRIA area, under the mountain of Pelion, just a short walk from the beach and 10 minutes (by car) from the center of Volos.
This exotic cottage is located at Ktima Zotos Cottages, an eight acres estate with a magnificent garden. A blissful place where flowers blossom and only the sound of the wind through the trees can be heard.
The home’s traditional form, where rustic interiors blend seamlessly with contemporary comforts, is perfect for an intimate holiday with your friends and family.
Entering the house you meet a warm living room with a bohemian flair, an open plan kitchen fully equiped with all necessary appliances , WC with shower and high in the eaves a bedroom with a semi-double bed. In continue to the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Outdoor living is a must, start your day having breakfast on the sunbathed private terrace with a view of the surrounding courtyard area; countless palm trees, citrus blossoms, olive trees, vineyard, this exotic cottage is for those seeking to disconnect from the ordinary and rediscover the indulgence of their innate senses.
Lay on the hammock, enjoy the endless blue sky and birdsongs for a while before heading out to discover the area.
To spend a day in the water, simply walk through the yard’s door that opens up to a pathway to the beach, (just 2 minutes by feet).
As the night falls, settle comfortably under the palm trees for an aperitif while the sun sets, observe the beauty of nature and renew your soul!
During your stay you will have access in the main house, private terrace and its' surrounded garden. Although it is a complex of houses with no walls, you have privacy and no one will interfere to your garden space apart from the gardeners and mostly not during your presence.
