気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
No cleaning before arrival. There were no clean sheets and towels provided. Agent opening the door was embarrassed but he couldn’t find the cleaner nor the property manager. I reported to Vrbo. They supposedly contacted the property manager. We left the property. A few hours later the property manager texted me and reported the cleaner went and completed the job. They will refund me the cleaning fees. I also reported the toilet seat was broken. He asked someone to fix it. I went back to the property. What the manager described was done.
The property has no air conditioning. It smells in the kitchen / living room. Temperature dropped at night. It was ok to sleep. Water temperature and pressure were good in the bathroom.
