Lovely apartment close to colosseum and lots of shops bars and restaurants. Very comfortable. Had a bit of a mishap and locked our self out of the apartment and host were quick to communicate and send someone out to rescue us. Very pleased with our stay.

The location of the property is amazing. You can get around Rome easily. When used as two bedrooms the space is limited. The air conditioning is in the corridor so you need to leave the room doors open to allow the air to circulate. We had issues with the hot water - which if the host had told us there is button you can press to get hot water immediately would have prevented the situation. The WiFi did not work for our whole trip and the host just repeated use the router which we were doing.

Great stay near the Colosseum!

The property was great for the price. We were walking distance from multiple bus stops and the Colosseum. The apartment was spacious and we would book again.

Within short walking distance of the Colosseum!

Nice apartment, definitely cozy. Was perfect for the three of us. A little hiccup on check in, but was resolved within the hour. Great central location, we walked to most attractions. The Metro is within a ten minute walk.

Great location and everything we needed

We recently stayed at a property in Rome, just minutes from the Colosseum, and had a great experience. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore all the key attractions on foot. The apartment was very clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. Although it was on the smaller side, it worked perfectly fine for our family of four, including two kids. We never felt cramped, and the convenience of the location made up for the size. If you're looking for a clean, central spot that’s kid-friendly, this is a great option!

Roma! Colosseum siting

Unfortunately, our first night was not a good one, we had no air conditioned and no hot water. But no fault of the host the entire building had electrical problems; however, the host was able to correct our issues before our return to the hotel and BOY DID IT FEEL GREAT! It is a very cute place close to the Colosseum and other historical sites and make it enjoyable and worth wild.

When in Rome

Nothing fancy but did its job. AC worked great. Communication for property was friendly. Close to Colosseum. Wished they had blankets to offer as my kids and I are ones that like a little weight while sleeping & there was only top sheets. Bathroom is small. Nice that the pull out sleeper side can be closed off from the bedrooom for little more private quarters.

Lovely little apartment for our weekend ttip to Rome. The location is fabulous with the Colosseum at the end of the road with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The hosts communication was exceptional from start to finish and met us promptly on arrival. We were out early and didn't spend much time in the apartment as wanted to see as much of this beautiful city as possible so did not cook and ate our. We did prepare sandwiches but cannot give further reviews on cooking. This is an extremely affordable accommodation bearing in mind its location. It's quite small but we are a family of giants, husband is 6ft4 and 2 boys are 6ft6 but it served our purpose well. The only thing I would recommend is the addirion of a mirror as there is one in the bathroom and one in the shared hallway. Would be good to have abother in the apartment itself hallway and bedroom but that is a minute gripe. Overall fantastic

We had an extremely disappointing and stressful stay at this apartment in Rome. The worst issue occurred on our final evening when the bathroom door locked itself after simply being closed normally. We spent around 30–45 minutes trying to open it using coins and keys in the outside groove, but nothing worked. When we contacted the property manager, they were rude, aggressive, and immediately blamed us for “damaging” the door, despite us explaining that it happened through normal use. What made this worse was that they later admitted they already knew about the issue and said guests usually use a coin or key to open it, clearly showing this was a known problem that had not been properly repaired. The lock itself was heavily worn, suggesting this had happened many times before. Despite this, they refused to send urgent help and suggested we find and pay for someone ourselves. We ended up losing 3–4 hours of our final night in Rome dealing with this situation. There were also multiple other issues throughout the stay: - Completely blocked shower drain causing water to rise to ankle level every shower - Extremely dusty bedroom - Ants in the bathroom - Broken bedroom curtains We reported the shower issue early in the stay, but nobody came to fix it. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained, not properly cleaned, and the customer service was unacceptable. We have photographic evidence of all issues mentioned.

Bad News for Many Reasons

The website is a disaster and froze up during the booking process. It was only in Italian which caused a big problem if you don’t speak the language. Could not tell if room was booked so I booked a different apartment. Later I received a confirmation and sent a cancellation. Went to VRBO security to ensure it was cancelled. They said the property was not registered with there company. Thought it was a scam company that had my personal information. The company never responded and for over 3 months they never reached out to me until I arrived in Rome. This company is either a scam or completely incompetent. They charged me for the 5 days that I cancelled months ago. My CC company reimbursed me. Do yourself a big favor, avoid a big headache and book elsewhere.

Dear Douglas, We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you've encountered with us. It's important to clarify that the apartment is accurately registered on Vrbo, and this is the platform through which we received your reservation. Regrettably, there seems to have been a communication breakdown in fact while Vrbo had confirmed the reservation on our end with a confirmation voucher, it appears that this confirmation was not relayed to you. This misunderstanding led us to believe that the reservation was indeed confirmed from your perspective as well and it was only as the date of your stay approached that we realized we hadn't received your arrival details, which prompted us to reach out to you and discovered you were unaware of the reservation's confirmation status. We have worked on this platform for many years and this is an unprecedented occurrence for us, we certainly did not intend to mislead or inconvenience you in any way.

O anfitrião foi muito acolhedor e prestativo. Atendeu à dúvidas que surgiram mesmo após o checkin. O apartamento tinha todas as comodidades informadas.
