Lovely apartment with balcony on the hills of Rapallo, in a residential area near the center.



The apartment, located on the third and last floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a small atrium that separates the living area from the sleeping area. The open plan living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a desk, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, moka and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a dresser and a large closet. Both rooms have access to a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the surrounding hills.



At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron and heating.

Famous for being the site of important peace treaties after the First World War, the city of Rapallo is located on the western part of Gulf Tigullio, and is also known for its seafront and the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Montallegro. The sumptuous defensive castle of Rapallo overlooks the ligurian sea and it's surrounded by small beaches, bordered by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Do not miss the only one of the five remaining doors of the ancient “Borgo Murato”, the “Porta delle Saline”, which overlooks the sea and houses the Baroque altar with the Madonna di Montallegro.



Rapallo train station is a 25-minute walk away from the apartment while Genoa airport is 30 minutes by car.
