The kitchen has solid woodwork surfaces, comprises of a wide range of wall and base units, gas hob, integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar.

Externally there is a cobbled courtyard garden providing private off-street parking and remote-controlled roller doors with side pedestrian gate.
