In an old barn completely renovated into a small building with four other gîtes (2 on the same level, 2 on the 2nd floor), 58m² flat on the 1st floor. Gite located in a quiet hamlet of Doussard.
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher) open on the living room (dining table for 4 people, rapido sofa bed 140x190 cm, connected television, reversible air conditioning), French windows with access to a private sheltered balcony (table, garden chairs, deckchair).
One bedroom with bed 140x190cm, connected television, chest of drawers, reversible air conditioning. Second bedroom with bed 140x190xm, reversible air conditioning.
Shower room (shower, double washbasin on cabinet, towel warmer, washing machine). Separate WC.
Sheets - bed linen and towels provided. End of stay cleaning included. Internet access by wifi. Home automation shutters in the whole flat.
Bicycle room (in the garage on the right, accessible from the entrance courtyard/parking lot). Private parking on site, closed by gate. Garden furniture available in the common courtyard. Electric barbecue available on request.
Entrance to the building secured by Vigik badge and intercom. Access to the flat via a stairwell shared with the other gîtes.
Shops in Doussard (2km), restaurants in the vicinity (close to the touristic itinerary of the lake). Greenway (tour of Lake Annecy) at 300m. Annecy at 20 km. Doussard beach and Bout du Lac nature reserve 2.5 km away (less than 10 minutes by bike), free flight at the Col de la Forclaz 15 km away.
Arrival time to be agreed with the owners between 4pm and 7pm. Reminder: a deposit is required on arrival with an inventory of fixtures.
