6 person holiday home in Storvorde-By Traum

Holiday cottage in the first row to the Limfjord with great views of the fjord and the open countryside and views to Hals on the other side of the fjord. The house is well furnished and has large windows facing the fjord giving the house a bright and open environment. The good living room has wood-burning stove, TV with German channels and a cosy alcove. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms. In the bathroom there is a 2-person whirlpool and washer/dryer. The house sits on a large plot with excellent opportunities for various activities. Large terraces around the house - both open and covered - that allows you to enjoy the outdoor life with barbecue and relaxation. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Layout: Internet Access DSL, Sitting room(2x double folding bed), open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(satellite, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), DVD player, radio), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x bunk bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), Bubble bath(indoor, heated, 2 persons), heating(electric), terrace(100 m2), terrace(roofed)

Het huisje begint een vervallen indruk te maken, de buitenboel vraagt dringend om een likje verf, reparatie(lamp boven de voordeur, toegangshek) en schoonmaak. Ook het meubilair binnen vraagt dringend om vernieuwing. In het berghok buiten vonden we een niet bruikbare BBQ….kortom…room for improvement. De locatie van het huisje is prachtig en, kijkend naar de andere huisjes in het park, zou voorgestelde verbeteringen de algemene aantrekkelijkheid ook vergroten.
