Vacation home with 149 m² of living space and a 32 m² outdoor pool on the spacious property. Beautifully secluded, in a quiet and peaceful setting with lovely views over the surrounding fields. Originally built in 1969, the house was extensively renovated in 2006. It has a spacious entrance hall with access to a large bathroom with a bubbling whirlpool and pleasant underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms in the house; two of them with a double bed each, the third with a double bed and a fold-out double sofa bed. In addition, there is a spacious, separate annex next door on the property with a double bed and a refrigerator/freezer. The entrance hall in the house also provides access to the open-plan kitchen/living area with a dining and seating area for family life and a wonderful view of the heated pool in the garden. This can only be used from May 1 to September 1. Adjacent to this is the large terrace with seating and a barbecue. Spacious property with a fire pit for campfires, as well as a climbing frame and playhouse for the children. There is also a large double carport where bicycles are available for free use (subject to availability). The drive to the cozy marina with a number of restaurants, cafés, etc. is nearby. No rentals to youth or work groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
