Well-furnished holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities for 18 people with 2 separate bedroom sections. Each section has its own bathroom. Additional bathroom in the pool area. A total of 3 bathrooms, all have heated floors. All 7 bedrooms and loft have box mattresses. The house has a pool area, which includes a large swimming pool, a water slide, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 people. The living room is tastefully decorated with modern furniture, wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV and PlayStation. The kitchen has two cookers and 2 ovens and 2 fridge/freezers. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you will find the activity room with a bar with a stereo where you can play a game of darts, billiards or pool at the billiard table, table tennis or table football. The house is equipped with 3 TVs, 2 stereos and 2 washing machines. The big plot that surrounds the house is designed with younger guests in mind with swings. Large open sun terrace - perfect for a nice barbecue with family and friends. Payment for consumption and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
