4 person holiday home in Hals-By Traum

Smaller cottage beautifully located on a quiet road in Bisnap close to Hals. Kitchen from 2022 in open connection with the living room and access to a south/west-facing covered terrace. There is an air/air heat pump, which can heat the house on cool spring and autumn days. The house does not have a TV package installed, but it is possible to stream your own TV packages and streaming services via Chromecast. The house also contains an entrance hall, bathroom with shower and two good bedrooms with two single beds and a double bed respectively. The house is equipped with a Schneider EVLink Wall Smart T2S (7/22kW, TE key) charging station for electric cars. It also has a Bosch Tronic 4500 T 100 electric water heater with electronic display and a new model Panasonic air/air heat pump HZ25ZKE for efficient heating and cooling. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
