Please note that the bunk beds are 150 cm long, and the double bed is 195 cm long. This ensures comfortable sleeping arrangements for children and adults alike. Outside, there is a large garden with plenty of space for play and ball games. The garden is surrounded by mature trees, offering a high degree of privacy and seclusion from neighboring properties. It is an ideal spot to enjoy the fresh air, relax, or spend quality family time outdoors. This holiday home combines a tranquil location, natural surroundings, and family friendly features, making it a perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing getaway close to the beach and nature. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
