This lively holiday home in Montone is ideal for a family or friends. It can accommodate 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. The shared swimming pool and garden offers you some relaxing time while enjoying the break.

The supermarkets and restaurants are 2 km away from the home. You can plan a picnic day around the lake only 30 km from the home.

Plan a lovely afternoon tea party in the terrace or in the garden. Heating is installed to keep you cosy inside. If travelling with your little ones, you can rent a cot for their comfortable stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property at an additional cost of € 7,14/Pet/Night.

Guests can check in between 4-7 PM and checkout between 9-10 AM.

Het huis is ruim, zowel de woonkamer/keuken als de slaapkamers en overloop boven. Wel een zeer basic inrichting en uitrusting onder. In de woonkamer waren de stoelen en bank hard, dus niet zo comfortabel. In de slaapkamers vonden we in alle drie de kamers een fijn bureau. Alleen de kastruimte, zowel onder als boven, zeer minimaal. Enkele plankjes erbij zouden zeker niet misstaan. Wifi in huisje was voor het merendeel goed beschikbaar. Rust buiten was wat moeilijker te realiseren. De tuin is groot, maar een eigen plekje heb je niet. Ook de aanloop van familie en vrienden die dan eveneens gebruik maken van het zwembad is groter. De eigenaresse is vriendelijk, praat wel alleen Italiaans.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Belvilla by OYO Gherardi Balcone was perfect voor onze familievakantie. De kinderen waren dol op het gedeelde zwembad en de tuin was een fijne plek voor onze afternoon tea. Das Innere des Hauses ist einfach und passt gut zum Haus. Toller Pool. Der Besitzer spricht nur Italienisch, ist aber leicht zu verstehen, auch wenn Sie nicht gut Italienisch sprechen.
