This charming holiday home in Vulpellac is perfect for a family of four, featuring two cozy bedrooms and a shared pool with the owners for refreshing swims. The owners live on the first floor, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Access is via a private road, adding to the sense of privacy and tranquility. Just 1 km away, a lovely forest awaits walkers and cyclists alike, while local restaurants serving delicious regional dishes are only 300 meters from the house. Inside, relax in the comfortable living room with TV, heating, and air conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals, enjoyed together at the dining table. Nearby towns like Pals and Peratallada add charm, with Girona Airport 45 km away and public transport just 300 meters from the property.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

A very nice flat in a very nice area. The location is ideal for exploring the Costa Brava. The pool is gorgeous and the flat is extremely clean and modern. The hosts were always friendly and approachable. We really enjoyed our stay and I give it 10 out of 10 points. The only thing that might bother some people is the nearby country road... it didn't bother us, as we were able to keep the windows closed at night thanks to the quiet air conditioning. If we go back to the Costa Brava, we will stay here again!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem restaurierten Herrenhaus und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen gibt es sowohl im Wohn- als auch im Schlafzimmer; sie sind sehr leise. Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind recht geräumig, das Bett ist angenehme 1,80 m breit. Vor der Wohnung ist eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Der große Swimmingpool ist als Salzwasserpool ausgelegt (angenehmes Wasser ohne Chlor). Es standen Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und der Kontakt per EMail/WhatsApp war problemlos. Wir erhielten Informationen zu Aktivitäten, Restaurants und der Anfahrt. Supermärkte und gute Restaurants befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die nahe gelegene Durchgangsstraße (etwas Straßenlärm, aber nachts ruhig).
