Monumental Tower is an apartment in the main tourist area of Funchal, close to the sea and is ideal for families and groups of two to four people.
The complex has a shared outdoor parking area, a swimming pool and a tennis court.
The apartment measures 82 m2 and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa and two single beds, recommended for children and teenagers. It also has a kitchenette, a bathroom and two balconies with city and mountain views.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to Praia Formosa.
A few minutes’ walk there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
It is 700 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 650 meters from Praia Formosa and 1800 meters from Complexo Balnear do Lido, across the Lido Promenade.
The property has easy pedestrian access to services and areas of attraction and bus stops next to the building.
The Aerobus from the airport stops 70 meters from the entrance to the building.
By car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the fast track to discover the island.
REMARKS
Free on-site parking is subject to availability. If there is no parking available at the property, it is possible to park in the nearby streets.
The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, services and neighbours. There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays.
Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.
People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any malfunctions, incidents or faults in the initial cleaning must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be checked and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Issues reported late for the sole purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
