House Features
This exceptional beachfront villa offers one of the most privileged locations in all of Begur. Set directly on the shores of Sa Riera beach, with breathtaking sea views, a private swimming pool, and direct access to the coastal path and golden sands. It’s the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to eight people looking to experience the very best of the Costa Brava in comfort and style.

Access to the house is a via a long drive located off the main road that ascends down to the front electric gates where the houses driveway leads to the front of the house. Where two to three cars can park.



Ground floor
The house is filled with natural light and designed for easy, relaxed living. Its elegant interior blends traditional Catalan colonial charm with spacious, well-equipped rooms. You enter the house into a large hallway where the living and dining areas are warm and welcoming, with classic touches and plenty of room to unwind and air con for those warmer months. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need for home cooking, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. And a guest WC for convenience.



First floor
Upstairs are all four bedrooms which have individual air con allowing for you to have restful night sleep. The master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and french windows offering stunning views over the sea. One of the double bedrooms features an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Two additional double bedrooms also enjoy sea views, while the fourth bedroom, with a two single beds, is ideal for children.



Garden/ swimming pool
One of the standout features of the property is its outdoor space. The garden is large, lush, and wonderfully natural filled with greenery and shaded by mature trees. It offers a peaceful and private environment for relaxing, playing, or dining outdoors. Modern sun loungers are set around the private swimming pool, inviting you to soak up the Mediterranean sun, while the covered terrace opening out form the living space on the ground floor area is ideal for long lunches or dinners with the sound of the waves in the background.

In the private garage there’s even more fun to be had with a ping pong table stored in the garage, perfect for friendly competitions after a day at the beach.

Direct beach access is also available through a private garden gate with panoramic sea views from almost every corner, this home offers an unbeatable opportunity to enjoy beachfront living in one of the Costa Brava’s most iconic settings.
