Luxury mediterranean Palace with 10 bedrooms consists of the Main House and the Guest House on one huge plot located in the famous area El Paraiso Alto, Benahavis, surrounded by the best golf courses in Costa del Sol.

-The Main Villa-

The main house has 3 floors and 5 Bedrooms, 5 bedrooms are available to the guests.

The entrance hall of the main floor takes you directly to an enormous beautiful living room equipped with huge LED TV and superb sound system, large dining table and sofa set. Living room is connected all around with a beautiful and amazing terrace that leads you to the swimming pool.

The living room, dining room area and relaxation area with a bar are all in the same open space, the kitchen is separated but also has access to the same terrace that surrounds this part.

One bedroom with a private bathroom and dressing room is located at this floor and has an opening to the lovely terrace as well.
The top floor of this main house has 4 bedrooms.

2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms and dressing areas and another 2 which share the same bathroom.
They all have private terraces from where you can enjoy the lovely garden and views of the mountain and sea.

-Guest house-

The guest house has been totally refurbished to highest standards in June 2023 and it represents a master piece of luxury, design and functionality at the same time!

Guest house is a visually separated from the main house but the swimming pool. The house counters 3 levels and 5 bedrooms.

The entrance of the house takes you to the main floor which has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private dressing rooms and terraces.
This side of the house is connected to the swimming pool shared with the main villa.

Upper level consists of one huge master bedroom with a large bathroom, dressing room, and a very cozy 'tea room' lounge like for the perfect chill out. It also has a spacious terrace that allows you to view amazing panoramas over immaculate garden, green golf fields, Mediterranean Coastline and even Gibraltar and African Coast in clear weather.

Lower level consists of the 2 immaculate bedrooms with direct access to the huge tropical garden.

There is an elevator in the guest house for the disabled persons.

The living and dining room area are now being finished and guests will soon enjoy a new fully equipped kitchen and sauna and Turkish bath with a relaxation area. Two kitchens are available in the main house.

-Annex-

The last house of this amazing rancho is actually a annex considered as staff apartments. These are 3 Apartments, 1 on the lower part and 2 on the upper part which can be provided with a prior notice for an extra cost.

Beds layout: 2 double beds in two apartments and one double and one single bed int the third apartment.

We are event-friendly and our huge very well maintained tropical garden will do for any type of events thanks to its immense size and of 7100 sq m. but if you are planning an event, please, contact us before reservation and explain us the nature of your event. We will be happy to help. Some restrictions may apply

Check-In anytime in between 3PM & 8PM. (After 8 PM late check in fee of 300€)

Early check from 9AM in is available upon request for an extra fee of 300€ (subject to availability)

Mandatory final cleaning fee 885€

Check-Out before 12АM.

Security deposit of 4000€ is obligatory and to be paid prior check in
