VILLA NAKHIL

Villa Nakhill is located in Spinea, a pleasant town on the outskirts of Venice.
From here you can reach the main cities of the Veneto; Venice, Treviso, Padua, Verona. A large space suitable for large families who choose an itinerant and cultural holiday.
The large garden, bordered by a fence and gate, is available for young guests to play safely while adults can relax with a good aperitif.
Villa Nakhill offers:

- 2 single rooms
- 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor)
- eat-in kitchen
- living/dining room
- relaxation area
- parking in the garden
- covered space for motorbikes and bicycles
- private garden for children's play and relaxation
The Villa is at the complete disposal of our guests for the use of the nucleus making the reservation.
However, the owner is always available for any needs.
On arrival we will ask for the documents of all the members of the household for legal registration and a deposit of € 300,00 IN CASH. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay after we have checked the Villa.
The municipality of Spinea DOES NOT REQUIRE the payment of tourist tax
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 3 p.m. (3 p.m.) to 8 p.m. (8 p.m.). If you need to check in earlier than the times listed above, we will try to accommodate you. For arrivals between 8 p.m. (8 p.m.) and midnight (12 p.m.) there is an extra cash payment of € 40.00 for 'late checkin'.
The maximum time for check-out is 11 a.m. (11 a.m.)
