In a small village with a long agricultural tradition lies Torre Lolita, a mid-20th-century home that has been renovated in a way that preserves its character and age, using eco-friendly and environmentally responsible methods.

Our impressive and elegant home can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on a 7,000 m² property where you can enjoy views of the surrounding area.

The interior of the home is spread over two floors. On the main floor, which you enter through the front door, there is one double bedroom with a private en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchenware and high-end appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven), as well as a dining area and two living rooms: one with a dining table and television, and another smaller one with a fireplace and a pool table.

Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms and a full bathroom shared between the two bedrooms.

Located just 10 minutes from the city of Lleida; 4 km from the village of Alcoletge, which is fully equipped with all utilities and public facilities; just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Barcelona’s Josep Tarradellas Airport; 15 minutes from Alguaire Airport and 15 minutes from the AVE train station in Lleida. Additionally, we’re just 2 hours from Baqueira Beret, Vall d’Aran, and Andorra, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Barcelona.

It features a vegetable garden, a maintenance person, an outdoor barbecue, a saltwater pool, a tennis court, a ping-pong table, two indoor parking spaces, two full outdoor bathrooms, a pool table... all set in a location surrounded by olive trees and offering unbeatable views of La Seu Vella.

In the small town of Alcoletge, you can immerse yourself in its rich history and stroll through its streets lined with 18th-century buildings. Additionally, this destination features the Church of San Miguel de Arcángel—a prime example of 18th-century Baroque architecture—and a small hill called Tossal de los Muertos, which offers a viewpoint overlooking the Segrià region.

Thanks to its ideal location, the city of Lleida—with its significant architectural heritage and rich cultural offerings—is just a 15-minute drive away. There, you can visit the historic complex of the Seu Vella and the Castell dels Templers, stroll through the shopping district, and sample snail cuisine during the Aplec del Cargol festival.
