The advantages of the location include the proximity of the Vistula River, a beautiful view of the right-bank Warsaw and the Vistula Boulevards running towards the foot of the building. In the area there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, outdoor gyms, as well as city bike rental. Near the building there is a modern shopping and service center Elektrownia Powiśle - it is an ideal place to spend free time with friends or family.

We offer you a stylishly furnished apartment in close proximity to the historical part of the city. It has been designed for a comfortable stay of up to 4 people.

This bright apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette. There is a queen-size bed in a separate bedroom, and a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for two more people.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the devices necessary for a comfortable stay, such as an induction hob, kettle, dishwasher, including a coffee machine. In the beautifully decorated bathroom you will find a large and comfortable shower and toilet. For our guests, we provide high-quality bathroom cosmetics, and for a sense of greater comfort, we provide small but no less important appliances, such as an iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer, etc.



An undoubted advantage of the facility is its direct proximity to the city center. Museums and theaters are also nearby.

Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to comply with the House Regulations, mainly in terms of keeping the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 (an absolute ban on organizing parties after 22:00) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.

Each violation of the regulations results in the start of the recovery process through the booking portal and the collection of the deposit.



~House Rules~



1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.

2. Do not let unverified people into your apartment.

3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged for any material damage, if any.

4. Persons not mentioned in the booking cannot stay in the apartment.

5. Parties, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed with the host.

6. Make sure all windows are closed before leaving the house.

7. This is a non-smoking apartment. In the event of a violation of the regulations, a one-time fine is charged.

8. Late check-outs are charged EUR 15 per hour.

9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise indicated in the description.
