Location:

Walking Alley in Mikolajki is a pedestrian route running along the northwestern shore of the Mikolajki Lake. The route starts from the forested area in its southern part, passing the harbors further on, to merge in its northern part with Circular Street, reaching the Hanging Bridge, on the other side of which you directly reach the very center.
The apartment is located in a building with an elevator, situated on the shore of the lake, in the northern part of Spacerowa Avenue, near the Hanging Bridge. Its intimate location adds to the charm of the entire stay, ensuring relaxation at the highest level, while providing access to major attractions within walking distance.

Apartment:

The apartment is located on the second floor of the beautiful new Lake Park Residence development. It can accommodate up to four people and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. Motorized guests can also make use of a private parking space.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. The bathroom has a shower, and the bedroom will provide comfort with a large Queen Size bed. The apartment also offers Internet access and satellite TV, where the TV has a smart function (including NETFLIX). This original and unconventional place will make the concept of relaxation take on a new meaning

Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, both coffee, tea, etc. prepared for them, as well as the apartment equipment (washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.) - unless otherwise noted in the description.
We provide fresh linens and towels to hotel standard.
We provide a portable crib upon request.

We kindly ask you to observe the House Rules, mainly regarding the observance of curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (absolute prohibition of parties after 10:00 p.m.) and the prohibition of smoking on the premises of the apartment.
Any violation of the rules and regulations will result in the initiation of the collection process by the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

1) Turn off lights when you are not using them.
2) Do not allow unverified people into the apartment.
3. You are fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage if it occurs.
4.Persons not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5) Organizing parties, receptions or special events is strictly forbidden if not discussed in advance with the host.
6) Make sure all windows are closed before leaving.
7.This is a non-smoking apartment. In case of violation, a one-time penalty fee will be applied.
8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per 1 hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise indicated in the description.
