Villa Lota covers 100 m² of indoor space and offers bright, spacious rooms. The ground floor is open-plan and includes a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table for five, and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs: induction hob, spacious fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and a wine cooler with ice maker – all separately, to ensure refreshing drinks by the pool or on the terrace. All utensils and cutlery are carefully selected to meet modern kitchen standards.
The living room features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed for one guest (90×200 cm) and a Smart TV for relaxation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, ensuring seamless connectivity.
The first floor has two elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180×200 cm), air conditioning, TV, and a vanity table. The bathrooms include a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival. Additionally, a baby cot and high chair are available.
The utility room on the ground floor provides a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and other cleaning supplies, ensuring full convenience even for longer stays.
The exterior of the villa is designed for complete relaxation. The main attraction of the garden is the heated pool with an automated system and saline chlorinator (without chlorine tablets) and a hydro-massage jet, surrounded by sun loungers on a spacious terrace. An outdoor shower and a beautiful shaded terrace offer the perfect place to unwind. The bio-mechanical pergola allows optimal adjustment of shade and sun, ensuring comfort throughout the day. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table for five and a gas grill, where you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.
For complete pampering, there is also a Finnish handmade sauna (Kraft made 6 kW).
The garden is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security. The villa is equipped with two parking spaces protected by automatic sliding gates with a remote control, an alarm system, and CCTV cameras with entry sensors. A Siemens EV charger (AC 7.4 kW) is also available.
Since the villa is the last house in the village, with a view of the surrounding forest, privacy is guaranteed, making it ideal for rest, hedonism, and relaxation.
