Guests are able to access the whole property, check-in is completed using a key safe, details are provided to the guest at 9am on the day of arrival.

Please be advised that any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur charges due to the disruption caused to our cleaning schedule. To avoid inconveniences, kindly ensure prior written agreement for any adjustments to the standard check-in and check-out times.

There is parking with the property via a visitor parking permit for ZONE 3 areas. If the parking permit is lost or not returned there will be a charge of £150.00.

Unfortunately this property is unable to accept pets.

Please kindly note there is a £200 damage deposit required upon booking.
