Relax at this peaceful spot, surrounded by nature. Breathtaking view of the mountains (Les Maures) and the sea. 5-minute walk to nature reserve or communal pool/tennis courts/ping-pong/swings (free access). Recently renovated and fully air-conditioned. Fully fenced. New baby cot, changing mat and high chair available upon request. Beach nearby: 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike. Dedicated quiet room for working. Linens and bedding provided. 7 in beds/bedrooms, 2 in sofa bed/living room.

The space
A recently refurbished holiday home with 4 bedrooms (90 m²), one of which is a smaller bedroom/office (7.5 m²) with outside-only access (no toilet/shower). 7 people can sleep in the bedrooms, and there is a sofa bed in the living room for an additional 2 people. The large open living room and kitchen area means that everyone can see each other, which is especially useful if you have little kids. Lots of windows, so there's a lot of light and you have an almost panoramic view of the hills and sea from the living room. The large terrace is superb for dining and enjoying the view of the surrounding hills as well as the sea. The property is fully fenced.

Guest access
One can access the property directly from the street parking, via a beautiful path from the road directly to the house, with all kinds of mediterranean plants greeting you as you walk past and enjoy the fresh Provencale breeze. Free parking available for up to 3 cars.

Other things to note
Please note there is a security camera pointing at the garden gate, for your protection. There are no other cameras in the outside or inside areas.

You'll love the place if you love nature, as it's just on the edge of a vast and well-protected nature reserve.

There's a lot to enjoy in the area. A superb day trip is taking the ferry from La Londe to Poquerolles, or cycling directly from the garden gate to Bormes les Mimosas, right through the nature reserve. La Londe has a charming market on Sundays and the whole region has numerous paradisical beaches and Chateaus.

If you're able to find a good flight connection to Toulon-Hyeres airport this is a fantastic way to get here as it's just a 20 minute drive from/to the airport.

The communal pool and tennis courts are a short 5-minute walk from the house.

We have beach equipment basics available for you: beach mat, umbrella, frisbee, bucket & spade.

We also have a Weber BBQ on the terrace for you to enjoy. I will show you the spare canister once you're here.

There's a small Casino shop 5 minutes drive away which is very convenient, and you can buy basic groceries.

There is an 18-hole Golf course but this is not included as a part of the communal services. We would therefore recommend getting in touch directly with Golf de Valcros (no links can be added here).
